Responsibilities

Contribute to the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing development of iSpecimen’s Salesforce.com org by:

  • Helping to manage, prioritize, and escalate internal support requests
  • Resolving issues and supporting new or enhanced functionality requests brought by end-users
  • Assisting with security and data integrity initiatives
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing for both new and ongoing development projects
  • Executing operational functions such as the provisioning of new users
  • Providing users information on best practices to increase productivity and drive user adoption
  • Participating in change management efforts to improve our Salesforce implementation
  • Contributing to keeping our Salesforce instance aligned with best practices
  • Supporting adjacent products and services to our Salesforce solution as assigned (e.g. Zoominfo, Spanning Backup, Cirrus Insights)

Qualifications of Junior Salesforce Administrator

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • 1+ year experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
  • Proficiency in administration of core Salesforce functions and Lightning UI, e.g. user management, roles and permissions, custom objects and fields, page layouts, custom fields, approval processes, Flow Builder, etc.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Sales Cloud (B2B Commerce, Marketo, and Intacct a plus)
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and design logical, scalable solutions
  • Strong desire to learn and implement Salesforce best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills, time and project management
